Stress Buster

Embrace Life’s Challenges

Do you often hear "stress is not good for you"? But is it true? And if so, how much stress, which stress? Can you do something about it?

In this workshop we will answer those and many more questions.

Studies show that about 50% of the reasons why people go to the doctor are stress related. Stress causes depression, heart diseases, diabetes, ulcer, asthma, to name a few.

We also know that less stress automatically means a better quality of life - better relationships, higher performance, better decision making, better health and a stronger immune system, etc.

If stress plays such an important role for our wellbeing then let's learn to manage it. Let's look into its nature, purpose and how it affects us. We will identify the triggers to the anxiety you face and will learn powerful techniques to bring it to levels that allow you to feel balanced and at peace.

After all, the less we stress the more we thrive so what are we waiting for?
