Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Neuro stands for the process, in which our nervous system perceives the reality and process it via the five senses. These perceptions are then coded and given meaning through verbal and nonverbal communication (linguistic) and then organised in a way so that we can retrieve and use them to achieve certain goals (programming).

The main idea is that when we gather information through our five senses, we delete, distort and generalise it. The selected or filtered information becomes our perception of reality. In this process, valuable information is left out, which can become a source of obstacles and limitations for the individual. Through the use of variety of NLP techniques, we identify those limitations and remove them.

The human brain is malleable, and it can be programmed and reprogrammed, resources can be reinforced, and obstacles removed.
