My Approach

My approach to wellbeing reflects the latest focus of psychology – positive psychology – exploring what makes us fulfilled and flourishing human beings. I can work with you beyond the “fix it” approach to the problems you face. Together we will look into how you can live not only an OK life but thrive and use your strengths and potential to grow and achieve your goals and dreams.

Let us go beyond the doubts, fears, and limitations to a space of freedom, creativity, inspiration, and actualization.

Mental wellbeing is not only about recovering from hardships, it is also about prevention. How do we build resilience, hope, positivity that become our resources when life is challenging? What skills do we learn today, in order to build our future with mastery?

I am here to support you to overcome the challenges you face and to empower you to pursue your aspirations.
