So how can we build resilience? Yes, it is correct, we can have more of it, and the more resilient we are the better we tackle the problems we face. We can start by changing our perceptions, thinking styles, even mindset, and in this workshop you will learn how.

Because resilience transforms hardship into challenge, failure into success, helplessness into power.
